Public Enterprise Restructuring Policy to be implemented

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the proposal presented by the President in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies to proceed with the restructuring of public enterprises based on the policy Proposal which has been drawn up by the Public Enterprises Restructuring Unit.

This policy has been prepared with the aim of improving the quality, price and accessibility of goods and services provided by public enterprises, removing the financial impact of such enterprises on the treasury and creating a competitive and market-based business environment to attract private investors.
