Accordingly, for applicants investing a minimum of USD 250 million, the casino license fee and renewal fee are set at Rs.10 billion each.

Those with a minimum investment of USD 500 million face a Rs. 05 billion license fee and a Rs. 10 billion renewal fee.

Existing casino operators, licensed before January 1, 2023, will be subject to a Rs. 02 billion license fee, structured as Rs. 500 million for the first five years and Rs. 1.5 billion for the subsequent 15 years.

Additionally, the renewal fee for these operators is fixed at Rs. 10 billion.
