Two-storey building at Sir Baron Jayatillake Mawatha as Mixed Commercial Development with Tea Museum and Boutique hotel proposed at 80 Club premises are to be offered for foreign investors for joint ventue projects , he added.
Accordingly, the UDA has issued Requests for Proposals (RFP) for these two properties, starting from 14 September, until 2 November.
